To confirm your booking
– In bed and breakfast
– A card number, with date of validity and pictogram which will be sold after your authorization of debit (sent by e-mail), namely a sample of 50 % in B&B
– By bank transfer

– In villas (Littariccia I and II )
– After making contact, we shall send you a rental agreement along with descriptive state to be sent back to us signed, accompanied with your first deposit (30 %).
– For any repeal in bed and breakfast:
– More than 45 days before the date of arrival: refund of the deposit, less 20 € of commercial fees.
– From 30 to 15 days: 60 € of commercial fees.
– Less than 15 days or no show: the deposit will not be returned.
!! For the last minute bookings (from 7 days before date of arrival) a card number will be demanded to confirm the booking. For any cancellation reported more than two days before your date of arrival (till 6 pm), it will be taken the amount of the first night.
The seasonality of our activity does not always allows to re-rent in time, thank you for your understanding. However a report may be possible on another stay.
– For any cancellation reported in Villa:
– See modalities on rental agreement.
An early departure or a late arrival will not lead to any refund.
The arrivals / The departures
Our guest rooms are at your disposal from 3:00 pm and the return of keys is at 11:00 am. For any late arrival, it is necessary to notify the reception.
Our villas are rented from Saturday till Saturday and available from 5:00 pm. They must be freed at 9:30 am at the latest.
Inventory of fixtures and equipments
For villas, before your arrival we check the inventory of fixtures and the cleaning of the house, the functioning of all the equipments and the correspondence between the actual contents and the inventory, whose updated copy will be handed back when you arrive.
To enjoy the villa at best, a household in the middle of stay will be compulsory (stay from 6 nights) and will be additionally charged to the cost of the rent (15 € / hour).
Otherwise the final household will be charged 120€ (deducted from the bail).
Please read the annexed regulations, which is part of present rental general conditions, and to respect courteously the contents.
Other: periodic household, ironing service, baby-sitting, available on request, see prices on the spot.
!! For late arrival on Saturday evening: no time to provisioning for Sunday morning? Made your request in advance and a list of supplies, we can take care of it for you, charged 20€ more the amount of provisions.
Limit occupancy of the rents
It is strictly limited maximum capacity of persons indicated in our descriptions and declared by the customer during the registration. A supplementary person can be accepted by accommodation according to an extra, if the demand made during the booking is confirmed by a receptionist of Littariccia : extra for the 3rd person is 25€ /night and 15€ / night for children of under 3 years.
The customer will refrain from releting or subleting rooms, including to a family member who is not initially part the reservation file.
The customer must inform us of his arrival time and indicate any delay including that falling within transport company. Charge to the customer to take action, if necessary, against the responsible carrier.
An inventory of fixtures will be handed to the customer on its arrival. For Littariccia I and II to see rental agreement.
He will have 24 hours to inform us of any lacks or non functioning devices. Any damages noticed notably because of a misuse of utensils or devices will be aquitted directly on the spot by the customer. The customer must leave the accommodation clean and put in order like at his arrival.
The customer must be assured for the civil liability or by signing an insurance for the period of the rent and, if necessary, to warn the company insuring his main home to transfer for a moment the guarantee “civil liability” on his holiday resort.
Stay before and after season
We warn our pleasant guests that the secondary activities of certain stations (galleries, local shops, discotheque, sports activities) are lacking out of the high season.
Several photos concerning guest houses or villas can be seen on our site. The decoration and the furnishing are not contractual considering the possible changes inherent to fair wear and tear.
In case of contesting or of disputes, only the Court of Ajaccio will be competent. Our descriptions were made with the biggest attention. Nevertheless some cases of modifications can appear. That is why the prices, dates and descriptions are definitively confirmed in the document of confirmation of booking.
Any complaints relative to a rent must be sent to us by registered letter or put back in person to our offices necessarily and at the latest 72 hours before the departure of places. However no continuation can be given if an intervention was not made from the beginning by the stay, the contacts are clarified with your documents of booking to indicate that is the object of the complaint and to ask it to be solved. Considering the current opportunities of communications or by telephone or by fax, it is no more thinkable that a problem likely to compromise seriously the quality of the stay of our customers is not indicated to us by them upon installation or at the latest within 48 hours following their arrival. This defect of notification will bring us to consider the complaint transmitted later as relative to a minor trouble giving no right to any compensation.
